Smart mobile logistics is the solution for replacing conventional MDTs in intralogistics with modern end devices (smart devices). This allows functions such as handwriting or image capture to be integrated into your intralogistics processes, and the current possibilities of visual representation to be fully exploited. On the one hand, the warehouse employee receives information about his order via the display, and on the other hand, he interacts multimodally with TUP.WMS. We support you in replacing obsolete mobile devices (MDTs) by temporarily operating parallel system environments, so that your employees can be introduced to the new solutions effectively and safely. This prevents training bottlenecks and ensures your productivity.
Voice-directed solutions and hands-free options
‘Voice picking’ can be used alongside ‘Scan picking’. Your employees can decide for themselves which support is most effective for their tasks. Interfaces enable the use of further hands-free solutions, such as smart gloves or fingerprint and palm scanning devices, customized to your individual requirements.
Outgoing goods recording with image documentation
A picture is worth a thousand words. With the help of TUP.SML it is easy to integrate additional documentation of the condition of goods into the outgoing and returns management process using digital images. TUP.SML takes care of attaching and forwarding the images to higher-level systems (WMS, ERP, TMS) in order to make traceability to the visual reference as transparent and user-friendly as possible.
Augmented Reality
In tomorrow’s business processes, the human being will always be at the center of intralogistics. TUP.SML supports the integration of augmented reality, not only in the context of data glasses. It is also possible to provide employees with additional information in real-time on standard smart devices.
