Three-step stock management

Three-step stock management (three-step inventory management): Several single-item inventory units that are located in a common storage container are combined to form a load carrier (step 1). Loading aids and stock units can in turn be located on a common load carrier (level 2). This load carrier is then managed as a load unit (level 3). If such load units are supported, each stored unit is assigned exactly one storage location in a specific storage area. By grouping storage units together, unused storage areas can be avoided and therefore the fill level and efficiency can be increased.
