A swinging conveyor is a continuous conveyor for bulk goods or small piece goods (e.g. screws). It usually consists of a chute that is set into rapid mechanical vibration with a low amplitude. It is available as a vibrating chute and as a shaking chute. In the case of the vibrating chute, the vertical acceleration of the goods lying on the chute results in a so-called micro throw.
