Partnership Relationship Management

(abbreviated PRM) is a strategy for improving communication between companies and their intermediaries. Using PRM software, the companies involved provide their partners with real-time information, such as shipping schedules, via the Internet so that they can carry out their administrative tasks in a targeted and cost-optimized manner. PRM has many similarities with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and is sometimes regarded as a component of it.
