Man-up stacker

A man-up stacker is the name for a narrow-aisle stacker (storage and retrieval machine) in which the driver’s cab (and therefore the driver himself) is always at the height of the load during lifting and travel movements within the rack aisle. In addition to the storage and retrieval of storage units, this type of truck is designed to enable the driver to perform order picking tasks according to the man-to-goods principle. See also two-dimensional order picking.
