A forwarding warehouse is a warehouse set up jointly by the supplier and customer (e.g. producer) at a freight forwarder’s premises and operated by the freight forwarder. It is used for the collection and storage of goods and merchandise from different suppliers, e.g. for the coordinated supply of a production facility.
