Distribution fan refers to the sorting (or allocation) of coded collection containers according to customer or destination. The V. is based on conventional roller conveyor and chain conveyor technology, combined with pushers. Compared to sorter technology, the output is considerably lower (up to 1,000 units/h) and also requires the return of the transport containers (sorting and distribution systems).
