(abbr. VBGL) are conditions drafted by the BGL that cover the entire range of logistical and originally non-logistical services primarily for road hauliers. In contrast to the ADSp (German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions), they also cover original non-logistical services. VBGL must be agreed and do not apply by virtue of commercial usage.
