Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment

(abbreviated to CPFR) means cooperative planning, forecasting and management of goods flows and inventories. CPFR is an even more intensive form of cooperation than ECR (Efficient Consumer Response) in order to avoid supply bottlenecks as well as unnecessarily high stock levels.
